Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their event registration under the following conditions:
  1. More than 6 weeks before the event start date, cancellation is free of charge.
  2. Between 6 and 4 weeks before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee will be charged.
  3. Between 4 and 2 weeks before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be charged.
  4. Between 2 and 1 week(s) before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total fee will be charged.
  5. Less than 1 week before the event start date, the full event fee (100%) will be charged.


Additional Terms
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email with delivery status) to be valid.
  • If a participant is unable to attend, a replacement participant may be sent at no additional cost, provided this is communicated and agreed by the organiser in advance.
  • The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in case of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
