SOLD ART policy
Participants may cancel their event registration under the following conditions:
- More than 6 weeks before the event start date, cancellation is free of charge.
- Between 6 and 4 weeks before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total fee will be charged.
- Between 4 and 2 weeks before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will be charged.
- Between 2 and 1 week(s) before the event start date, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total fee will be charged.
- Less than 1 week before the event start date, the full event fee (100%) will be charged.
Additional Terms
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email with delivery status) to be valid.
- If a participant is unable to attend, a replacement participant may be sent at no additional cost, provided this is communicated and agreed by the organiser in advance.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in case of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
Courses* of more than one day
- after the start of a course* of more than one day, no restitution will be given exept when the course provider decides to be a reason to grant full or partial restitution, solely by her personal judgement.
* courses, trainings, year cycles and other sharing events, consisting of more than one meeting, zoomcall etc. that form a whole.
SOLD ART policy
- due to there precious and vulnerable nature, sold works of art can not be taken back unless explicitly agreed in writing or, in exeptional cases, at the discretion of the seller.
